Step 1: Get in touch
Discuss with our consultants which vacancies need to be filled and which personnel you would like to have. Multilingual recruiters create the advertisement according to your specifications.
Step 2: We activate our network
Once you have placed the order with us, we search our worldwide network for suitable candidates and draw up an appropriate shortlist for you. In doing so, we check the incoming applications for qualifications, further education, if applicable, and authenticity.

Step 3: Do your (new) professionals need specialist language skills?
If required, we can organize language training for your candidates.
Step 4: You receive anonymized profiles to select your preferred candidates.
Once you have made your selection, we take care of the rest.

- The responsible employment agency will receive all the necessary documents to approve your employment.

Step 5: Sign the employment contract

However, our consultants also take care of onboarding: from the moment they enter the company until they start work, they accompany your new employees so that they quickly find their way around their new workplace and feel well integrated into your company.

Authorities
