K&K social resources and development GmbH

K&K was founded in 1993 as a recruitment service provider in food production and logistics based in Berlin.

Competent helpers and skilled workers have always been scarce so we began to recruit employees for our customers, to place them and to use them within the framework of temporary employment. With so much success and passion that we expanded our services to other industries and countries, such as IT, medical, warehousing and logistics.

We are now active in over 20 countries. Trained, native-speaking consultants with extensive industry knowledge are constantly on the lookout for candidates worldwide for our clients.

They are also available to assist you on site at any time – in the company and with the numerous administrative and day-to-day challenges. For us, the cooperation continues even after successful completion. With our internally developed program for inclusion and diversity in the workplace, we are committed to positive change in human resources.

With seminars and workshops, we help all parties to overcome fears of contact and prejudices and to recognize and promote the great potential in the diversity of employees.
